Welcome to NeonTab. By installing our browser extension or accessing our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our software.
Your license permits personal, non-commercial use on up to three concurrent devices.
Since data is 100% local, backup and preservation are entirely controlled by you.
Bypassing activation parameters or redistributing key codes strictly voids the terms.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, NeonTab grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and run the NeonTab browser extension for personal use.
Pro License Limit: Each purchased NeonTab Pro license key is restricted to a maximum of three (3) active browser installations concurrently. Attempting to activate a single key beyond three instances will result in validation errors and may lead to automatic license suspension to prevent distribution abuse.
NeonTab operates strictly as a local-first browser extension. This means all workspaces, visual themes, custom wallpapers, and bookmark folders are saved exclusively inside your browser's local sandboxed database on your device.
⚠️ Critical Notice on Data Responsibility:
Because we run no remote synchronization databases, we cannot recover, transfer, or restore your bookmarks if they are lost. You are solely responsible for maintaining proper backups of your data. You may easily generate manual backups at any time using the "Export Bookmarks" tool found in the extension's import panel.
We shall not be liable for any data corruption, accidental cache clearing by browser cleaner extensions, hardware failures, or loss of bookmarks due to browser uninstallation.
All financial transactions, license purchases, and billing adjustments are securely managed through our third-party checkout gateway, Dodo Payments.
By purchasing NeonTab Pro, you agree to Dodo Payments’ terms of service and billing rules. Refunds, transaction issues, or receipt inquiries are subject to the policies of Dodo Payments.
The styling assets, branding materials, custom Liquid Glass variables, source code, and logos used within the NeonTab extension and website are the intellectual property of NeonTab.
You agree not to modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or crack the licensing check handlers of the software. Distributing modified or cracked versions of the extension is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent termination of your license without refund.
NeonTab is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the extension will operate uninterrupted, bug-free, or meet all of your custom requirements. You use the software at your own discretion and risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NeonTab, its developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the software, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
